Susan-Baker –
I have been taking Ashwagandha for anxiety relief. It helps. But when I see this product, I could not resist. Because it not only contains Ashwagandha, but also many other herbs and vitamins for stress, anxiety and energy.
I have been taking it for a couple of months now. Definitely see the difference. Now, I have more energy, focus and relaxed mood than when I was on Ashwagandha alone. Good product! I strongly recommend it if you are looking for relief from stress, anxiety and also want to have more energy, focus and relaxed mood.
