Z Tea-caffeine-free, natural tea for cold-Flu-Covid-19 was created by Dr. Sarfraz Zaidi, MD. He uses this special tea on a daily basis since his enlightenment over ten years ago. With the help of Z tea, he gets rid of colds within twenty four hours – that is, if he ever develops one, because it is a rare occurrence.
Z Tea is an important component of Dr. Zaidi’s natural cold and Flu treatment. He does not use any over-the-counter cold remedies as these are plagued with serious side-effects and may actually prolong the illness.
Recipe for Z Tea – Caffeine Free, Natural Tea for Colds-Flu-Covid 19
Ginger root = 2 inch long, peeled, sliced
Dried orange peel = 3-4 pieces
Cardamom = 4
Jujube fruit = 4
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) = 1 whole fruit or 1 tsp of Amla powder
Lemongrass = 2 blades, cut into small pieces
Holy Basil (Tulsi) =10 fresh leaves or 1 teaspoon of dried leaves
Salt, preferably Pink Himalayan salt or rock salt or sea salt = 1/2 teaspoon
Honey, preferably raw = 4 Tablespoons
In a pot, add 4 cups of water. Add all of the ingredients and put it on a stove at low heat for about 30 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Let it cool off a bit. With a spoon, break the cooked, softened Amla into pieces inside the pot.
Add a Tablespoon of honey into a cup and pour Z-tea into the cup including Amla pieces, ginger pieces, and one jujube fruit. Stir and enjoy Z-tea. Eat Amla pieces, ginger pieces and jujube fruit.
This recipe makes 4 servings.
Use Z-tea once or twice a day on a regular basis, and three times a day if you have a cold, Flu or Covid-19.
You can use a lime or lemon in place of the orange peel. Just slice the lime or lemon and squeeze it into the pot of Z-tea.
You can add 1/2 teaspoon of Apple Cider vinegar to the pot of Z-tea.
